國際組織NIST建議 (http://csrc.nist.gov/groups/ST/toolkit/key_management.html) 自2010年起, 簽章應使用 2048 bits長度之金鑰, 以確保安全. 這使得HSM的效能在未來更加重要. nCipher netHSM 過去提供高達每秒2000次的1024 bits金鑰長度的簽章效能, 已深獲客戶的喜愛, . 此新款 nShield connect 6000 運算效能更達:
